Fred Wedlock
Famous for “The Oldest Swinger in Town”, Fred joined Radio West in 1984 to present an entertaining Sunday lunchtime show, Wedlock’s West. At the time, he was also presenting a Friday night show on HTV West, “The Good Neighbour Show” (which appears to have started as part of West’s “Feedback” strand in the early days) with fellow Radio West presenter Gill Capewell.
Sadly Fred died at the age of only 67 on 4 March 2010.
