Mark
Dyson
Mark was a news producer and, like fellow journalist Lynne Mullen, a part-time presenter of the Rock Show at Radio West. He began his journalistic career at Severn Sound in its early days, and moved on from Radio West to BBC television, first in Bristol and then in Manchester. He also worked at Anglia TV, LWT and Thames. For several years he was a reporter for Channel 4 News and BBC Breakfast, and he fronted a number of Dispatches programmes on Channel 4. Later he went on to found an award-winning TV production company, Creative Touch Films, which makes documentaries for the BBC, Channel 4, Five, the National Geographic Channel, Discovery Channel, etc.
In 2010, Mark stood as a candidate for the Liberal Democrats in Ipswich. He now lives in London, and is married with one daughter.
