Chris Bull
I’m sure Lynne Mullen presented West’s first rock show, but by April 1982, she was sharing presentation duties with Chris, and later, Chris and Andy Fox became the voices of rock on Radio West. For most of his time at the station, Chris presented Rock West on Saturday nights. He was the Bristol rep. for Virgin Records as well as the voice that introduced the acts on the main stage at Glastonbury. Chris reappeared on Bristol radio some years later, presenting a show called “The Real Alternative” on 107.3 The Eagle when it launched in 1999. That station did not last, and Chris moved to 106.3 Bridge FM in Bridgend, but that station came under new ownership, and he is no longer there.
